Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping policy:

Orders placed on a business day before noon Central time will be processed the next day. Orders placed on a business day after noon Central time will be processed within the next 2 business days. Orders placed on Weekends and Holidays will be processed within the next 2 business days. Orders usually ship within 1-2 days of processing. This does not include Pre-Orders. Please keep an eye on the website regarding shipping times for Pre-Orders. 

How Long Will Shipping Take?

US Domestic orders will have a typical transit time of 3-7 days. International orders may have transit times of 1-2 weeks or less, depending on destination and customs. Shipping during holidays may experience delays. 

How Can I Track My Shipment?

If you provided an email address when you placed your order, you will receive a tracking number via email when the item ships.

All sales are final. We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shipments damaged in transit, a claim should be filed with the carrier. Please retain the original packaging at the original delivery location until the claim has been resolved.
